L'Artisan Parfumeur, is a collection of delightfully unique fragrances imported from France. Known to some fragrance collectors as the original Jean laPorte collection, this fine line contains essences such as fig, mimosa, sandalwood, vanilla, and cucumber.

Be sure and order your favorite fragrances in Shower Gels and Body Creams. Not all fragrances available in Gel or Cream.

L'Artisan Parfumeur has amplified the nuances of the perfume of the Iris - all of the Iris, from flower to rhizone - to pay homage to this extraordinary olfactory.

The tender sweetness of the blue flower top notes, with their fresh floral scent, slightly green, is redolent of lily of the valley, softened by suave powdery notes with marshmallow accents, essences of orange blossom, Turkish rose and star aniseed, that a violet leaf absolu renders tenderly infantile.

In the velvety, floral-wood middle notes, hints of cedar, vetiver, and patchouli merge with the depth of the Iris absolu creating an almost gourmet accent, reminiscent of chocolate.. Woody and floral, it emerges without artifice, in its most extreme subletly.

The base notes, with their warm, lingery woody nuances, ambrette seeds and white musks, blend with the vibrant Iris, rendering it slightly powdery without overstating its natural. Smoke accents of guaiac harmonise with patchouli, bringing a light leathery effect to this complex note of warm wood.

Fleur de Narcisse 2006
Volcanoes of Lozère, France

The year 2005 was a vintage year, a harvest of exceptional quality. All the ingredients of the Narcissus were at their absolute best, in a divine and mysterious equilibrium decided by nature.
Like a goldsmith, l’Artisan Parfumeur finely carved out each harmony from the absolute, so that all the subtle facets of the fragrance come together to create a thrilling moment.
The fragrance opens on a top note of grassy green freshness, with accents of the country and wildflowers, and nuances of blackcurrant bud and freshly cut hay. The sensuality is ambiguous, nearly as masculine as feminine, evoking the powdery scents of mimosa and iris, and finally losing itself in the honey-like sweetness of sublime blond tobacco and the bewitching notes of moss and leather.

This wildly original, infinitely complex fragrance speaks to all the senses with incomparable elegance. A concentrate of nature that magnifies all the qualities of a harvest forever unique, it has only one flaw: its limited quantity. A fleeting miracle, it will be remembered by connoisseurs as a rare moment in fragrances. Once the 3,000 numbered editions have been sold, no re-edition will be possible. Only the numbered bottle, illustrated with flowers and its top etched with “Fleur de Narcisse 2006” will remain, kept in its wooden box with narcissus print silk paper.

tingling spirit of angelica and crispy spring-like black currant buds that give way to subtle fruitiness.

This "hot/cold" feeling is continued with the icy biting of star anise
contrasting against the hot mix of four spices alcohol (L'Artisan's own "cocktail
concoction" of pepper, clove, nutmeg, and ginger) and enhanced by the deepness of patchouli. Lastly, a warm blazing harmony is embodied where crackling dry pine needles mingle with the sweet, woody scent of cistus and the fruity sap of fir balsam.

Presented in L'Artisan Parfumeur's large faceted bottle (250ml) "Mandarine tout simplement" is a vision of pure olfactive purity. A luxurious golden pump with an orange pear is fixed to the bottle. To be squeezed as often as you wish. Presented in a bright orange case scattered with mandarine tree green leaves, L'Artisan Parfumeur's summer release is a limited edition.

In the top notes the green mandarine expresses itself a lone, its vivacity slightly underlined by the trace of ginger. If you close your eyes you will experience all the splendor of the zest in this note.

In the heart of the fragrance, the acidulated freshness of the yellow mandarine is combined with the velvety sweetness of the white pearl of a frangipani. A soft feminine facet is revealed.

At the base note, the fruity scent of the red mandarine combines with wet white wood in order to recreate the illusion of a mandarine tree on the coast, just like feeling the sun on your skin!!!
