When I was pregnant with Alannah I was diagnosed with Vitiligo, which causes a lack of skin pigmentation. I'm not sure how or why it happened when I was pregnant. Perhaps my pregnancy depleted me of Vitamin B. I never really understood back then. Like so many others with Vitiligo initially, I opted to see a Dermatologist and went for treatment.

While I'm not sure what treatments consist of these days, 30 years ago I had to get a formulation from a compound pharmacy and sit in direct sunlight or a sunlamp for several minutes. I absolutely hated it. I never noticed any improvement so I opted to just live with it. But I still wanted to conceal my patches and also to bring up the pigmentation of my facial skin to match the rest.

A dear friend introduced me to Keromask, and the rest is history. For over 30 years I have been sharing my story and Keromask with others.
