Refund policy

Beauty Cafe will happily accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your shipment from us. Items returned unopened/unused will be issued a refund. Items returned opened/used will be issued a store credit. Return shipping is at customer's expense and Beauty Cafe's original shipping expense will not be refunded. To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with Signature Confirmation and be sure to include a copy of your receipt.

While Beauty Cafe's staff strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control, we are human and occasionally do make mistakes. In the event that we goofed on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. We will ship you the correct item along with a return shipping label with an RMA number on it. Shipping the corrected item to you and the return item is at Beauty Cafe's expense.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.
