Beef & Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, browned
  • 3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Layer potatoes and beef in baking dish.
  3. Mix soup and milk, pour over top.
  4. Cover and bake 50 minutes.
  5. Add cheese, bake uncovered 10 minutes.
