Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, browned
- 3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Layer potatoes and beef in baking dish.
- Mix soup and milk, pour over top.
- Cover and bake 50 minutes.
- Add cheese, bake uncovered 10 minutes.
